A slow weekend plan

- Sunday: sunrise walk on Kovalam beach (a short walk away), then a lazy breakfast by the pool.
- Want to go out? Muttukadu boat house is about 4 km, DakshinaChitra about 6 km, Crocodile Bank about 5 km, and Mahabalipuram's Shore Temple about 40 minutes away.
- Learn to surf: Kovalam is known as India's first surfing village, with surf schools for beginners.
